Shipping
Frutyco B.V. charges a fixed shipping fee, regardless of the number of items ordered. Shipping is only available within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg (Benelux) via PostNL. You will receive a shipping notification one day before your order is dispatched.

No shipping costs apply for pick-up orders. Shipping via other methods is not available. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Delivery
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your payment, depending on your location. During high-demand periods, such as product launches or promotions, delivery times may vary.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with payment confirmation and shipping details. All orders are shipped via PostNL, which takes full responsibility for the delivery.
